R&D Specialist (Metal products) is to analysis the current Metal studs & accessories products and to propose the enhancement/ improvement according to market requirement and new technology available; as well as provide support to the operation in implementation of new product/process, and support to project specific requirement in Metal studs and accessories.

 Job Description

- Analyze mechanical characteristic of current Metal frame and accessories of ceiling and drywalls system by simulation and mechanical verification.

- Update new technology of Cold-formed steel process & product.

- Propose new design of Cold formed steel products take in account the application, installation, costing and production

- Support Operation in implementation process of new Metal products

- Support Technical in project specification


- Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Design, preferred Metal products

- Simulation mechanical design

- Mechanical testing on Metal product

- Presentation skill

- Communication skill (written & oral in both Vietnamese and English)

- Able to work in Multi-function group

- NX/ Catia / Creo/ Solidworks/ (Optional: understand ANSYS, ABAQUS)

- Familiar with Design standard of Metal: AISI, Eurocode, TCVN

- Familiar with Material standard: ASTM, TCVN

Deputy FSSC Manager

The Deputy FSSC Manager is part of the VN FSSC team and implements together to achieve business strategies and objectives. He/she will mainly manage and follow up tax status of all entities in Vietnam and support FSSC manager in daily operation of the accounting function to ensure the financial reports are accurate and in compliance with group policies (ICRF) and local Vietnamese accounting rule.

 Work with external audit, internal audit, regional headquarter and Delegation to make sure all above tasks are fully under control in terms of internal procedures.

 Job Description

- Manage and follow up tax status of all 5 entities

- Manage and follow up the daily operations of the accounting function under supervision of FSSC manager

- Update and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Collaborate with other teams to process month end closing on time, smooth and efficient

- Other assignments from FSSC Manager

- Replacement in case of FSSC Manager’s absence


- Bachelor degree and above specialized in Finance or Accounting

- More than 5-year experience in general accounting role or manager level in multinational company

- Strong knowledge of relevant laws in accounting principle, practices, standards, regulations, IFRS, internal control

- Ability to interact with counterparts, government agencies

- Careful & rigorous personality with result orientation

- Good communication skills, analytical skills & team work

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is compulsory

- Fluency in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English

1.    Reception:

- Receive phone calls and transfer quickly to related person with customer oriented and professional way

- Warmly welcome guest and instruct them to the related person in charge with customer oriented and professional way

- Coordinate with Housekeeping Team for office supplies & cleaning. Supervise them to make sure office are always tidy and neat

2.    Administrations:

- Settle all problems relating to phones, fax, electricity systems, office equipment (with IT team) to ensure the company operations are not disturbed

- Advise Operations Manager of any losses, sale or movement of company assets and ensure professional office management

- Assist in purchase order & request

- In charge of meeting room bookings, parking cards registration and access cards.  

- In charge of HR payments of transportation/ hotel & fight/ telephone/ office supplies

- Ensure all reports on office expenses submitted on time and accuracy

- Join HR team on HR & company activities

- Follow the rules and standards of EHS management system

3.    Timesheet record

- Extract data of time recorder

- Record documents related to the timesheet


- Bachelor in Business Administration/ English

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR/Admin

- Excellent management skills and ability to schedule priorities

- Manage large amounts of incoming call, other customer’s inquiries from website, email, social pages…

- Keep records of all customer contacts and interactions on CRM/ Data file

- Process and transfer Lead to right functional departments, following to ensure customer satisfactions

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

- Make happy call and customer’s satisfactions surveys by email/ out-coming call

- Monitor Relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

- Conduct analyzing and reporting

- Analyze and execute multi-channel marketing campaign via social media with automation marketing (birthday campaigns, satisfaction survey campaigns, Thank-you letter for their orders)

- Work with digital marketing team to improve digital marketing

Building up knowledge base of product information, brand, product to support customer.



- Bachelor/College degree in marketing or Constructions

- At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and contact center, preferably in building material industry.

- Technical expertise with CRM, contact center and analytical systems.

- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.

- Comfortable with communicating in both Vietnamese & English.

- Able to work under pressure and flexible business environment.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM System
