Call Center Executive

Responsibilities

- Manage large amounts of incoming call, other customer’s inquiries from website, email, social pages…

- Keep records of all customer contacts and interactions on CRM/ Data file

- Process and transfer Lead to right functional departments, following to ensure customer satisfactions

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

- Make happy call and customer’s satisfactions surveys by email/ out-coming call

- Monitor Relationships with existing customers through CRM systems

- Conduct analyzing and reporting

- Analyze and execute multi-channel marketing campaign via social media with automation marketing (birthday campaigns, satisfaction survey campaigns, Thank-you letter for their orders)

- Work with digital marketing team to improve digital marketing

Building up knowledge base of product information, brand, product to support customer.

 

Requirements

- Bachelor/College degree in marketing or Constructions

- At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and contact center, preferably in building material industry.

- Technical expertise with CRM, contact center and analytical systems.

- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.

- Comfortable with communicating in both Vietnamese & English.

- Able to work under pressure and flexible business environment.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM System
