Deputy Marketing Manager

Job Description

Responsible execution for segment communication, developing branding and communication strategies for the targeted segments

- Research customer segment group for market segmentation analysis to determine market segment requirements

- Develop targeted product offerings or marketing campaigns to the relevant targeted

- Develop branding and communication (including digital MKTl if necessary) for the targeted segments, building campaigns/events that project milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

- Build long-term relationship with external customers who are architects/ contractors and developers

- Ensure effective communications to segmented customers

- Ensure successful collaboration with other teams such as Technical, Spec/Project Sales, Distribution sales and among Marketing team

- Apply creative to work effectively in providing innovative solutions for communications

- Lead segment projects and team to achieve the common goal

- Have Can-Do-Spirit in implementing segment projects


- Bachelor/ Master degree in specialized in Marketing, Business Administration

- At least 3-4 years of working experience in similar position in and MNC organizations or other heavy industry companies

- Good knowledge and experience to execute strategic brand development and marketing communications

- Good knowledge of market intelligence and analysis

- Proven experience and knowledge of media and communications tools

- Having experience in working with agency and lead agency for communication and event

- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment

- Be self-motivated and accountable for own actions

- Good in communication in both Vietnamese & English
