Project Sales Executive - HCM/Đà Nẵng

Job Description

  • Responsible for expansion of targeted clients (project, contractor, architecture, main construction specifiers and influencer, installation customers)
  • Manage all new and existing clients to generate business; negotiate contracts; estimate profit/loss, conduct bidding of assigned projects
  • Search for projects that are in the design phase or pre-construction to ensure the achievement of the agreed project rate and sales volume of all Saint-Gobain products and provide services/ systems/ solutions to the targeted clients
  • Identify client business drivers; develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible
  • Propose, develop, ensure the effective project implementation and carry out customer evaluation
  • Prepare and submit all related docs for the project requirements
  • Responsible for project sales database update and on time submission of monthly market report/ project sales analysis/ forecast
  • Fully understand market situation and sales performance and plan the corrective actions

Requirements

  • Academic background: Architect or Civil Engineer (or Business administration with experience in construction industry) with 2-3 year working experience
  • Ability to read construction/design drawings
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
  • Ability to travel for work and efficiently under pressure condition
  • Good in English (written and oral)
